Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Yeh Lo Bill (“we”, “us”, “the App”) handles information when you install or use the application on Android.
By using the App, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall and stop using the App.
Who we are & what the App does
Yeh Lo Bill (also described in-app as EasyBill Pro) helps shop owners manage:
- Product inventory, including optional product images
- Customer and sales records
- Bill generation, PDF preview, and printing (thermal / laser)
- Shop profile details — name, address, GST, phone, greetings
- Print templates, paper size, and custom receipt labels
- Optional local PIN lock
- Export of records, such as PDF or spreadsheet, when you choose
Information we process
The App processes data you enter and data generated by your use of features on the device. Core features do not require creating an online account inside the App.
3.1 Data you provide

3.2 What we do not intentionally collect
- We do not sell personal information
- We do not use your bills for advertising profiles
- We do not collect precise GPS for marketing
- We do not access your microphone or contacts list
- We do not require cloud login for core billing, by current design
Permissions explained

You can revoke permissions anytime in Android Settings. Some features may stop working.
How we use information
- Provide inventory, billing, customer tracking, and reprint features
- Generate thermal / laser layouts matching your selected templates
- Remember shop branding and print preferences on device
- Allow export, share, print, or PDF open only when you start those actions
- Offer an optional PIN lock to reduce casual access on a shared device
Storage, backups & security
6.1 On-device storage
Customer records, products, bills, and preferences are stored primarily in local app storage / local database on your Android device.
6.2 Temporary files
Bill previews may create temporary PDF files in app cache and share them via Android FileProvider with a PDF viewer or print service you select.
6.3 Backups
If Android device backup is enabled, App data may be included in system backups according to your device settings.
6.4 Security
- App-private storage for business data where possible
- URI-based sharing for PDFs instead of world-readable paths
- Optional PIN lock
No system is perfectly secure. Use a device screen lock, keep Android updated, and export important business records regularly.
Uninstalling the App or clearing storage may permanently delete local data that was not exported.
Your choices & rights
- Edit or delete products, customers, and bills inside the App
- Change shop details, print settings, and labels
- Disable PIN lock or change PIN
- Revoke camera or storage permissions in system settings
- Clear App storage or uninstall to remove local data
- Delete exported files from Downloads or shared locations separately
Depending on your country, you may have additional legal rights, such as access, correction, or deletion. Because data is mostly on-device, the fastest path is usually in-app controls or clearing App data.
Children's privacy
Yeh Lo Bill is intended for business users, not for children under 13, or the minimum age in your region. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when features or laws change. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Policy where permitted by law.
If future versions add cloud sync, analytics, ads, or online accounts, this Policy and store data-safety disclosures will be updated accordingly.
